Is there a big difference? I'm getting some crashes on my current version and support has no solutions. So I wanted to unintall and upgrade? What do you think?

I had a lot of crashes as well, but only on one of three machines. Upgraded to 6.6.5 just last week and it seems more stable. On same machine AC will lock up periodically but then after a some time (less time than to shut down AC and restart) it will release and all is well. No big differences that I can see, but it does seem more stable overall. The updated Form 1500 is not a big difference from what I can see, but then again I am not that focused on claims. I generate claims for my patients to file directly with their ins since we collect our money upfront and do not take insurance of any kind.

MJK, what type of medicine do you practice?

Yeah, MJK, what is your focus or specialty? How awesome it must be to not have to deal with insurance companies. As an ophthalmologist, if I bagged my insurance participation, it would put me out of business. However, there are a few ophthalmology practices that do utilize a cash only model and have been able to survive, but it's not easy and you need a lot of cash reserves to hold you over during the transition. I tell you, I wouldn't mind a smaller practice and a lower income to be able to thumb my nose at that bloated and corrupt system.
