The new templets that are available are for inside a section box only, correct? Is there a way to change the heading. I would like a box named "diagnosis' or 'problem list" as my second section. If it is possible, how do I do it? Patti

Unfortunately, I don't think you can costumize the headings.

Can an administrator from Amazing Charts comment on this?
I have the same question.
Thanks very much.

The section headings on a chart note are fixed, and templates can only load one section of a chart note at a time.

Just use the ROS field for your problem list.
You can type a heading like # PROBLEM LIST # if you want.
I know that may seem a little crude, but it looks okay when printed, if you use the Detailed LARGE Note.
For instance, I have three headings which I routinely use under Past Medical History:
PAST MEDICAL HISTORY: PAST SURGICAL HISTORY: OB/GYN HISTORY:
They look funny when you print the small type notes, because it prints out "Past Medical History: PAST MEDICAL HISTORY:" on the first line.
However, if I ever print out an AC note for mailing or faxing, I always use the Detailed LARGE Note format (more attractive and legible), and it doesn't do this. Try it out and see what you think.
