AVAST! Anti Virus has pushed out an update that can render your Amazing Charts unusable.

If you are experiencing errors when starting Amazing Charts which could include a message stating ?REGISTRY ERROR?, please check to see if you are using AVAST for your antivirus software.
If so, please take the following steps to allow Amazing Charts to operate freely without interference from your AVAST software.

AVAST Windows Workstation Version

Create AVAST Exclusions for the following paths:
c:\program files (x86)\amazingcharts
c:\program files (x86)\acprerequisites
create for both in exclusions as well as sandbox exclusions (if your version has this option).


AVAST Server (or newer) Version

Create AVAST Exclusions by browsing to the following paths and selecting the checkboxes:
c:\program files (x86)\amazingcharts
c:\program files (x86)\prerequisites
Set exclusions on the server by accessing settings>global exclusions.
