Julia,
I think if you go to quick codes after signing in as administrator, you can then manually enter in the code and label as flumist. I do not have AC open right now, but will check later.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply! I tried that in "quick codes" and it doesn't let me enter something new. I tried it also under "tools---CPT database" and when I try to enter a new one it says "run time error" and all of AC closes.

Julia,
I had a similar problem and had to manually enter codes under the quick code section, but I cannot find the link to the discussion for the life of me, sorry to not be more helpful. I just cannot remember the details of how I did it, but it had to do with CPT codes that would not pop up automatically.

Thanks for the help! Unfortunately I tried that, and it won't let me add a code that isn't already in the database.

Julia,
You have probably done this but it may be worth pinging AC support to see if they can help you.

The problem is that the code 90672 is already in the database as the quadrivalent flu vaccine. When you try to add the immunization into the "define orders and orderset section" in the administration area, it does NOT recognize it as an immunization. If it recognized the code as a vaccine administration code the "immunization box to be checked" will not be "grayed out". This box only becomes available for vaccine administration codes.
I hope you can follow the above.

If you can add 90672 in your order sets as an immunization can you share with us how you did this? I cannot add this procedure code as an immunization. I can only add it as "other injections". When I am ready to give vaccines, it will therefore not show up under "immunizations" tab, but have to go to the "general" tab to select the vaccine.

I may not be exactly following, but have you tried to add the CPT code or modify it under administrative options? You can modify the CPT codes, see the drop down menu. I change the prices here all the time
