this is misleading, as it implies that it comes from PF. The patients who are getting this email are telling us that it comes from our office.
That's the fail.

Marty thanks for pointing out this article as I had no idea this type of stuff is even going on.
Instead of a survey, I still prefer the "old time method"--go somewhere else if you do not like my care, or you can bring me a huckleberry pie hot from the oven if you do.

I do some satisfaction surveys myself. But I do not want my EMR to do one automatically for me unless I specifically tell it to... and I want the response to come to me and only to me. This is a reason not to use PF in my book.
