Am I missing something here? I didn't think this did this when I first upgrade a week ago. But now when the office tries to put in a new patient, they have to put in the patient's name, DOB, sex then hit Save/Close before going to the billing screen. Then they have to re-find the patient, open them, then can get to the billing screen and enter the billing info.
Kind of a miserable process when the nurse is on the phone trying to give them the info quickly.
