It's interesting, but the real solution is to give free subscriptions to Amazing Charts to PCPs ( figure that should start some controversy)

Actually, this is in the fine print of the ACA. You don't let an emergency go to waste.

When the shortage becomes obvious, primary doctors will be offered a salary of $250,000 a year (you may have heard that republicans are holding out for $300,000 and 8 weeks of vacation) for 8 hour days working for Uncle Sam. Once they have the bulk of primary doctors, they will tighten referral patterns to force specialists to join up as well.

Once they own your soul, they will put you where they need you and you will be fighting for COLA raises while Uncle Sam uses the providers to start manipulating the insurance companies.

We had to pass it to see what's in it.

cynic!! shocked

Maybe I'll use the ACA to get out of paying for staff medical insurance?

Really, since the ACA is promoted as something for everyone, the obvious result will be nothing for anyone. Including the insurance companies who wrote this bill, who ultimately will be made irrelevant by the general collapse of the entire edifice.
