Is there any way to print off a list of a patients medications which shows the start date of his medications. We have a patient who has been on a lot of meds who needs this for some forms he must fill out.

If there is no report to get this information for you, let me know. I might have another approach.

You have tea partiers in New York City, and this is an IRS form from a department in Cincinnati?
Rec#1 Have them call their pharmacist Rec#2 Have them guess and write it down Are they going to prison over it? Rec#3 You guess after looking at your notes
Whoever made up that form has to know that every doctor's office cannot answer that question, since we are only recently going digital.

Right click on the patient name and choose "Medications & ePrescribing". Then right click on the med name and choose "History". All the Rx's completed by A/C are displayed.
