Home Forums Discussions Problems Printing CMS 1500 forms in 6.5.5

So I just got offline with Guardian Support because my problem has been escalated to a tier 2 technician, but I'm wondering if anyone else is having trouble printing the CMS 1500 forms in 6.5.5? I actually have 2 problems:
1. The form won't align correctly, so the information runs off the page and won't print (this wasn't fixed by the alignment section of the printing)
2. Certain days won't print at all. The circle spins, then there's the "flash" where the page would normally pop up, but nothing pops up. There are bills for this date and I verified that before trying again.
Changing many things hasn't helped (reboot, screen resolution, making sure all windows updates had been performed, etc).
Am I the only one?

Cannot comment, do not have 6.5.5 yet. Did tech support resolve the matter?

They resolved matter 1. Apparently your DPI matters in how the form prints. Maybe they are using a print screen type function?
Matter 2 is unresolved, open, and is perhaps going to be a "sorry for this time, call if it happens again" situation.

I wish someone would comment if they are having the same problem or if resolved, what was done? This appears to be a critical issue because we do the same thing and hopefully it would not happen when we upgarde to 6.5.5.

I too wish someone else would comment as I'd like to know if others are having the same problem or if I just won the upgrade lottery. Raj, if you bill the same way we do, I strongly encourage you to read my other post "billing nightmares" because I have been listing all of our billing problems with 6.5.5 there.
