eRefills come from the pharmacy with " reflecting the size of the needles and
insulin instruction refills come with < and > signs, but we cannot send them back that way.
It is not a surescripts requirement to not use those symbols, it is a quirk of our prescribing system.
Sure wish we could send them back that way.
