There is a bug in the social history section. When the staff clicks on an item such as "no smoking history" and then you add anything else below it using a right click macro, then every time you forward yourself the chart, it duplicates itself... I have social histories that are repetitive items that are 20 long..

This does not occur if the staff write the social history in and then click on the "no smoking history" tag

I agree there is some sort of a bug. I had to print medical records for a transfer and could not figure out why there where so many pages for only a hand full of appointments. After review, I noticed there was a lot of social history (same thing repeated) for this patient. Suggestion: add a button that can confirm no change to social history.

I did put this to tech support and they replied that it is a known bug in version 6.3.3
It will be fixed in 6.4 is what they said.
