OP billfox Member Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 61 Charlottesville, VA	Hello all, In satisfying the the ePHI requirements, what type of vendors is everyone using vendor agreements with (for instance, cleaning service, billing company etc). Are users specifically doing vendor agreements with Amazing Charts itself or Updox, or are these agreements built into the contracts we have already signed with them?
