Hello all,

In satisfying the the ePHI requirements, what type of vendors is everyone using vendor agreements with (for instance, cleaning service, billing company etc). Are users specifically doing vendor agreements with Amazing Charts itself or Updox, or are these agreements built into the contracts we have already signed with them?

No separate agreements here, so hope we're good. Cleaner doesn't have password, and do our own billing.

We asked Updox. They sent us a separate Business Associates agreement. We thought it had been baked into their user agreement....apparently not.
