Regional system Medent has a stronghold in my area. Everyone I've talked to is very happy with them. Comprehensive and seems to be on the ball re: icd 10, CCD interoperability, PM, etc. it is however VERY expensive with huge upfront costs and comparable monthly costs. I don't want to choose only based on dollars and regret it down the road (AC). Anyone with Medent experience out there or who may have pros/cons vs AC?
