Hey all:

I am a one man show with one side kick working 30 hours a week for me. I don't offer any benefits right now but looking at some how doing a stipend for her about insurance...any thoughts? anyone do this for their employees? how much? other creative ways to pay someone differently or are everyone just giving raises?
