We are in the process of setting up provider schedules in AC in anticipation of utilizing Updox to send out appt reminders. So far, have found the scheduling set up in AC to be nothing short of frustrating. The biggest issue is scheduling one day to not have an break which AC keeps trying to schedule. I put in start time of noon, end time of 6pm; and set the break that automatically pops up to OFF. But when I go to the schedule after it saves everything, there is a random time showing a 60 minute break! The first time was at 3pm; when I re-set the schedule, it changed to 2pm with the same 60 minute break! Even when I go into the "block/unblock" tab and remove the break, it remains. Anyone out there with some elucidation into this?

Probably worth calling support about, I have not had this problem and have changed schedules on a common basis.

Yes, it will throw in a break time, but once removed, for me, it stays removed.

I think it may have been related to remote session. Once logged in locally the changes with shedule held. However, now I'm trying to figure out way to change from daily view to weekly view. Haven't found the magic button yet. I remember reading someone's post that display can be changed from daily view so am hopeful someone in AC community knows how to do it.

Main scheduling screen - click the provider's name above the schedule and then a button for weekly view shows up in upper left, do not think you can do this when all providers are listed on screen.

I believe you have to log out & then back in before you can see your changes.
