Also, go to E-prescribing --> Prescription Status and make sure under Transmit Method it says Electronic and under Status, it says Verified.
If it says Fax and Success (which it will if it is not codified, etc.) that just means it was faxed.
But, if you have a lot of the latter, and it is mostly with the NP, you have a problem. But, the good thing is that it can be fixed.
You can also check under Sent To, what pharmacies are the culprit.
