Hello,

Currently New Crop is having technical difficulites.

You may get an E-Rx error message stating ? Failure Reason: FailedCreditCheck?
The E-Rx may also be show in the status screen as fax even with using codified meds, the script writer showing ?Valid for ePrescibing? and not receiving the Fax pop-up notification message when transmitting.
So far the practices reporting issue are located in EST & MST time zones.

Per New Crop Tech Support We found the source of the issue and are having it corrected.

We will notify you once the issue has been corrected.
Sorry for the inconvenience this may be causing.

Thank you for your continued support,
Craig@AC

When is New Crop going to permit electronic transmission of scheduled drugs?

This business of double-entry -- electronic and handwritten -- is driving me completely bonkers. Some days I would like to chuck this whole enterprise into the Columbia River.

Hello,

New Crop is currently developing a process for scheduled drugs.
Unfortunately, however there is no ETA at this time.

Thank you for your continued support,

Our state does not allow schedules to be transmitted and I think there is some problems at the federal level with this also. My question is when will New Crop update some of the new medications on the market? Example Edarbyclor and Dymista

I cannot send for MJ Truetech glucose strips or lancets....the writer for diabetic supplies is troublesome at best.

I know that they have added more and more diabetic supplies over the last year and hope they complete them, but since medicare requires much more information than you can script I have an Order that has Supplies, duration, date last seen, diagnoses, insulin use, etc.
