I noticed that when I generate a billing sheet, along with the CPT there is a place for fee or price. How do I set the price for my CPT codes and procedure fees, so that each time generate a bill I can determine when how much I'm billing. Driving me insane trying to figure it out. Also what's the deal with Office Ally. How are they free? Does it work. All the money I'm dishing out for a billing company, and it can be done for free.

If you go to the View menu and pick "Codes", then choose "Edit Codes and CPT Charges" you can add fees for the different CPT codes at the bottom of the screen. Just type in the code you want and put in your fee.

I figured a way to do it. When I enter the CPT code I want, and click to add it to number four, I can change the amount for the code. Great. Thanks for responding. I saw your reply in another post about putting together a website for the practice. May need you to walk me through that one day.
