I just wanted to know how everyone feel about updox support . I just establised a new service with updox. First feed back from them to answer my questions was 5 days later. The support person gave me 10- 15 minutes of his valuable time, gave me some information. By the time I sarted to use the service I had 100 more questions. I tried to call them or send an email no response all day. Is this the type of support I should expect?
Thanks for the feed back.

When I first started using Updox, I found it fairly easy to get a hold of support. Seems odd that they are taking five days to answer your questions. I would try contacting tobin@updox.com and see if he can't get you your answers quickly.

There are quite a few of us here on the board using Updox. What issues are you having?

I can't believe you don't get an immediate response. I just emailed my support person and usually within 5 MINUTES, not DAYS, I had an answer. I have found them to be very accommodating.

I agree with Marty, give Tobin a shout.

Perhaps once a year I need to contact Updox support and have always found them to respond quickly. 10 days ago there was a big Updox update and I couldn't "save" the signed documents. An e-mail re the problem was answered within 10 minutes and the first tech logged on to my main computer 5 minutes later. Problem not solved but Tobin, the first string varsity tech, logged on shortly thereafter and did his magic.

What every one said was my first impresion because every one seem to speek highly of the service. But belive me that happened to me. I finnally I got an e-mail at the end of the day at 5:30 pm trying to reach me after I left the office. I asked the support person to call me in the office at 11:00 AM . She did . She was a so helpful. she spent with me almost an hour explaining every thing I need. Obviously the First tech support person did not set up the connector right .I could not send any fax from a diferent PC except the one has AC data.I am sure I will need to learn more .But I can get around for now.
Does any one use the form and template feature . If yes in what way? Thanks for all of your feed back.

I use the template features to add a "signature" to the bottom of each fax note, containing my contact information and HIPAA privacy statement.
