E/M 99214 with flu shot and debridement?
I know to put modifier 25 but do i need to add 51 or 59 to/for the debridement? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Debridement has another identifiable code 11000 to 11004 unless on the abdominal wall 11005. Those codes need to be added and also add a modifier 25 and 59 to the debridement code that you used.

I doubt you will get paid for office visit 99214 since the procedure are done in same visit. you well get paid only for procedure and flu shot
