Has anyone yet attested for year 2? Anything new/different? I'll be ready to attest in another couple of weeks.

I thought that this could not be done until 2014.

If you attested for the 90 days in 2011, then you have to to attest for the whole year of 2012. They will start accepting attestations starting Jan. 1, 2013 for the year of 2012.

Is it essentially similar to Year 1 except that it is year long instead of 90 days?

Basically, yes. You can't even start the attestation until this year ends. My guess they will be more strict for second year people. Year 1 was just about seeing if you had the ability (attestation). Year 2 will be about performance.
