We lost all power, phone and Internet from Sandy. Got power without internet this am and trying to salvage my practice. AC is not connecting my computer and server properly. Separate computer states needs the server to database tuner. The server dbtuner wasn't able to run.
Can someone please help walk us through this?
Tomorrow when ac tech comes alive I will not be able to reach them without Internet and hopefully will have a lot of patients coming.... This will be a disaster.
