Has anyone had an issue with screening tests for diabetic retinopathy/nephropathy NOT showing up under the decision support tabs for their patients despite having the appropriate diagnostic code in the patient's assesment (250.**)? I checked my decision support rules carefully last night to be sure that the age settings, grade of recommendations, and other parameters matched up correctly with my health maintenance preferences, but these particular recommendations just will NOT show up under the decision support tab when I open my diabetic patients' charts...... Please advise.... thanks

Hi Luis,

Decision Support rules can be a little tricky to plan out. Please contact me to setup a time where I can remote into your system and take a look at the rules.
