Here's a different problem and I have no idea what happened.
I was in this guys summary sheet and wondering where a few of his problems were. I look in "inactive problems" and they were not there - even though they show up in the progress note in the drop down box. So I pull up all problems in the summary sheet...and everything is there.
Hmmm...two of the problems are listed as being inactivated as of
2/30/1899.
Now, I'll admit to being over 50, but really...I was not born in 1899.
