Since Friday 19th of October, we have had problem transmitting prescriptions electronically and we're getting an error message stating transmission failed, primary fax number is invalid.

This is not happening with every prescription, but most prescriptions.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

No, we have been doing fine with erxing.
