Does anyone know how to get help from updox? We have been having all kinds of problems with it-not being able to sign, getting shreds instead of faxes. Had done cold boot, cleared cache and reuped the data base, still the same problems. Switched over to firefox (yuck) and don't have these problems.
I don't like all the junk that comes with firefox-shopping, Babylon tracking tool, etc. I know how to keep that stuff out on ie, I hope I'm not stuck with this browser. It was the only way I can get on the boards too.

Thanks solodocmom. I had already emailed. They are awesome once you get to them, but ever geting to them is the problem. I think they are having growing pains.

I have had recent trouble getting support help as well. I think you are right about the growing pains. Last I talked to Charlie, however, they are aware of the problem and are hiring support to correct it. I hope that happens soon as last I knew, the backlog for help was about a 1 week lag or so. Yeah, we are definitely aware that our support response times are not where we want them to be. We are looking for additional staff now, as well as taking some other steps that will hopefully help. I do apologize for the delays.

After having difficulty getting support, I sent a cancel subscription email to support and sean ramsey. Mr Ramsey called within minutes to address the problem.

I usually click the Help button on the top menu, which takes me to their website where I make an email support request. While we all prefer to just call, so far I have received responses to email within 24-48 hours. The response may be a phone call or an email, depending the issue. When I could not charge or store credit cards, they called me.
