I am ready to attest and was trying to Export to State Registry (MUIR) and Export to State Public Health Registry (MUPHR)
When I enabled these interfaces and tried to perform the Export I received an error "Unable to locate activated state vaccination registry interface."
The interface shows that these two are enabled.
Since it really is not being exported can I just Attest that the cabability was performed?

Also I would like to confirm the AC software vendor number.

I would Ping AC support and ask them to look and see as they should be able to figure out the problem easily.

We should be able to take care of the inactive interface for you as well as get you the correct CMS certification number. These numbers are unique to each version of Amazing Charts. If you want to search the number out of yourself, you can do so by going to this webiste here: CMS EHR Certification Number. Enter "Amazing Charts" in the search field and click the "Search" button. Next find the version you are using, click "Add to Cart" and then "Get CMS EHR Certification ID". This will display the ID number.
