We have noticed since upgrading from version 5 into verison 6.0, when an rx would print, a blank page comes out then the actual script. I have checked over and over the "twips" in the admin of AC. I can get this fixed. We have upgrade to verison 6.1.2 and this is STILL happening. Is this happening to anyone else? We are located in NJ so we have the RX default set up for NJ.

I am having the same problem. Did you find a solution yet? I am a new AC user - started using end of April. One of the minor ongoing irritations but have found AC MUCH less irritating than any other EMR I ahve used :-)

Are you printing to a regular laser printer or to the Star printer? TSP

Sorry slow to reply. Printing to a Star 800 connected with USB. Originally connected to xp machine, upgraded this week to Windows 7 (as it was buggy and needed to redo anyway). same behavior. Star works fine except when printing rx from AC in which case it kicks out a blank then prints rx. Checked set up and all configs match what has prev been discussed in forums

I have several Star TSP800s also, not having this problem. I am using Layout type "Format 2" with -50 twips for "Nudge script down or up". Did you try printing with different Layout types?

Yes I have but will try again. Alignment has not been a problem so have not needed to add any twips. I'll throw on 50 and see what happens. Will post after..
