I've noticed that if you enter text into the "Vitals Note" box (that is accessed by clicking on the "Note" button located beneath the bold "Physical Exam" text of that tab) and then try to forward it to yourself using ctrl+s, any newly added text is not present in the chart located in your inbox . If you manually forward it to yourself (using the forward chart bottom located at the bottom right-hand corner of the encounters window) then it does save properly.
Given the nature of the problem, I don't think it's a problem with our computers; I think it's a problem with some of the programming code behind the ctrl+s function.
It's a minor problem, but for us, it renders the ctrl+s function useless.
