Why export all charts? To convert the data to another EMR.
I've got the answer on the CCR through a private channel, but it appears that the CCR has little information due to the lack of granularity in AC. We are pursuing another means of importing hopefully each encounter plus the "lists" info (meds, SH, problem list, FH, allergies, etc) in a more meaningful way.
Well, I got my question answered, and so did he, apparently.
The thread is still worth a gander, as there is some good discussion about Amazing Charts vs. other EMRs, include a fine defense by our own Joseph.
