To cut down the clutter in imported section-
we stopped importing the lab result with just the protime/INR. We just truncate the lab result by creating a message log-
PT/INR-- abc value on xyz date, call patient - change dose from __ mg to __mg, reck in ___ days, forward the message to nurse, who calls the pt, documents the conversation and saves the message.

(We can access the local hospital lab on net and get a print out of all INRs on a plotted curve if we wanted to)
