Our practice charts have demographic data that is the same for each member, Including insured party, spouse and dependent children, including things like address, phone # insurance info. Is it possible to enter the demographic information one time for each family, and not have to re-enter the same data for each member? (in some cases as many as 10 times) I found this post in a search, would this work in my situation? is there another way to do what I need to do?

"If you would be willing to reverse the direction of data input (i.e. populate EHS after you enter demographic information into AC), we have a solution that may work for you immediately. We have a demographic bridge, available for purchase for only $1.00, which will export the demographic data you add/update in Amazing Charts to a file that EHS should be able to import. Many of our practices have had success using the demographic bridge in this manner.

If you would like more information on how this is done, or if you would like to discuss other potential solutions, please contact me at your earliest convenience.

I'm not aware of any easy way to enter the same demographic info across multiple patients.
