did I read this right, that I have to have an interface with a lab that imports structured data.
is there any other way to do this.
right now I receive faxed data and scan it into the chart

Right, you need to have an interface (preferably with the lab you refer to most), so that you get structured data -scanned faxes do not count. Structured data is nice since then you can graph values over time. I have mine with Quest and it works great. Once Quest sets it up you don't have to touch it again. Nice. However, when I open Amazing Charts in the morning I do have to push "Ctrl-Insert" to import the labs (no separate login/password required).
