Ok, now I am getting some electronic renewal requests. But the counter on the dashboard isn't resetting after I process them. Any ideas? Thanks,

I have been able to reset the counter by running the Database Tuner for version 6.1.2. It can be downloaded from here.

Hi everyone,

This has been my experience:

If I accept or deny an electronic renewal request, the counter resets.

But if I right click and "Deny and write a new rx", the counter does NOT reset, I will have an empty "Prescription renewal" screen but the AC screen shows whatever number of "Renewals" pending.

When we updated from v6.1.1 to 6.1.2, the counter magically went back to 0. But with the next "Deny and write new rx", the phantom numbers returned.

I have not tried rerunning the database tuner.

I am really really really not making this up.

For the last month or so, since 6.1.2 upgrade, my "Renewals" has shown 1(1) phantom rx.

At about noon I posted the above post.

Since about 1 PM, there is no number showing for "Renewals", just a blank space. I have renewed electronic rf requests, everything works, just no number displayed.

???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

So I closed AC and restarted, and the phantom 1(1) is back. But the timing of the loss of the number was just too weird......
