I've started working towards MU. I have started printing out the clinical summary (at least phantom printing it for now), and when I check the MU button in the patient's chart, it gives me a green OK.

I just ran an MU wizard report. Most of the items have acceptable percentages, but the core measure 13 has a numerator of 0, as if I had never done this.

Any thoughts, anyone?

Michael,
When you hit the MU button in the patient's chart, and then "Get overall results", what number do you get?

You are aware that it is printing (or previewing) the CCD that gives you credit, right? Be sure that is checked before printing (or print previewing).

Try making sure you print/preview the CCD ( I think you may have to actually get it on screen and then just do not print) as well as assigning a CPT code to the visit. Do one and then run the report and see if that helps.

I have definitely previewed the CCD, printed them a few times.
Retried everything, again I get a green OK but when I check the numbers, it's still 0.

Are you assigning CPT code to visit - some measures require that.

Yes, I've been assigning a CPT code to the visits.

Just got off chatting with support.
They say this has been seen before with version 6.0.9, so I should upgrade.
Which I will do.

I'm surprised you could get 6.0.9 to use the MU wizard, it had major issues running it.
