Hello,

We have been notified by Surescripts they are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues and this is impacting all messages transmitted on the network including:

?Prescription Benefit
?Prescription Routing to Mail Order Pharmacies
?Prescription Routing to VA network Mail Order Pharmacies

Prescription Benefit, Medication History and Prescription Routing to Mail Order Pharmacies are successfully processing at this time, however, may experience transmission delays due to the connectivity issue. Surescripts engineers are currently working to resolve this issue and Surescripts will provide an update at 3:00pm ET if the issue has not been resolved.

My AETNA RX has not worked on over a month, maybe 2 months. Any news on that?
