Not sure what we are doing wrong when logging in vaccines, but when we run a meaningful use report.... it gives us a 0 percent on vaccines given. Why aren't the vaccines being picked up ?

Not sure if this will help at all but I copied this from the MU report in the section where it explains how to do it in AC. This is specifically for NQF 0038 under the CQM Required/Alternate Core.
"To meet any and all parts of this criteria, enter the medically appropriate vaccinations in the "HM: Immunizations and Shots" tab of Decision Support."
You might also consider that perhaps the patients you entered didn't meet the age requirements or possibly the date range of your report might be the problem. I am no expert at MU just trying to give some suggestions.

Do you use the "billing" in AC? If not, that could be the problem. Some of the MU pieces are only counted if you generate a CPT code. Not sure if this is your problem but you might try just putting in a 99212 or something when you sign off on the chart and see if that picks it up.
