OP DrBernardStaff Member Joined: Jul 2010 Posts: 44 Belvidere, NJ	I noticed on one posting board the mention of receiving refill requests from the pharmacies electronically. Can you advise how our office can get on-board with this? We currently send electronic rx's through amazing charts. Refill requests are usually via phone calls from the patient or pharmacy. Otherwise, we get a faxed request from the pharmacy.

I know once they set me up for renewal requests it took a couple days before I got the first one. Electronic refill requests can be found on the amazing charts main page under renewals.
