Hi All! (This is my first time posting. I'm excited to see what kind of feed back is out there!)
I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing problems with the Practice Rolodex, mainly when entering new consultants. I've talked to tech support several times. They are aware that this is a problem and currently working on a fix. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing this problem for about 2 years and in 2 different practices. Does anyone have any tips or tricks? I've tried a lot of things. I've decided there is no method to this "bugs" madness.
Has anyone had any luck?
Thanks.

Sporadic problem - not reproducible and I suppose that is what makes it difficult to fix from programmer's perspective.

Is this the problem you are referring to? If so, try coming out of the Rolodex and restarting it when you want to add new contacts.
