For those of us who don't see Medicare/Medicaid patients, is there a way to turn off the Meaningless Useless checking and stuff.

Simply ignore it. It does not have to be used. If you were doing orders the old way (V4) it is more clunky, but everything else is not a radical change, it is all built upon the base of AC.

Hello Wayne-
You can turn off the Meaningful Use notifications with the following steps-
-From the main page of AC click on Edit (in the top toolbar) -Choose My Preferences -Click on User Preferences -Now, you will want check off the box at the bottom of this window ?Don?t display Meaningful Use notifications? -Save changes
