If you have specific questions, please let us know, so we can deal with them. Based on your post, I am guessing you spend a lot of time dealing with Imported Items. It looks like the categories you deal with are not included with AC; you may want to consider buying Updox do help deal with that.
It sounds like your specialty is sports medicine. There is a guy on here named Ketan in the same field who probably knows you, at least by reputation. He should be here soon.
