After a nurse or someone completes a task and sends it back to me or someother message...one of the choices on the main screen under the inbox is "save". Where is it saving to?
Its not in visit region like addendums or imported region.....

These will show up under tab PAST ENCOUNTERS as MESSAGE.

Two ways to save a message: "Save to chart" puts it in the "past encounters" section of the chart. "Save" puts it in your "saved" mailbox, which can be accessed from the drop down menu above the message box (it normally says "inbox"). I don't believe these are saved to the record, or anywhere else.

Forgot about that as I only use the save to chart button....good catch. The only time you cannot do this is when there is no pt. name attached to the chart.
