I have been spending a little time trying to figure this one out. What is a patient reminder for preventative care? Did you get your labs? Did you exercise? Are you following your diet? Any ideas on what qualifies? Thanks.

Hello Bill Did you figure out how to trigger patient reminders to comply with menu measure on meaningful use. If you did could you please provide steps how to do this in AC. I tried, could not figure this out yet. Thanks.
