We?ve been using them for about 4 months now. They?re not bad.
They want the billing file in the AC version 5 format, which AC 6.1.2 does.
The major problem for me is that their online access is a bit slow (using Citrix and Versaform). Also, they don?t have the ability to let me give a lower level access to staff. I run the wife?s office, but am not always in as I also have other things to do. We have one girl that does the billing, and I want her to be able to log in to see what?s going on, but not be able to modify anything. It seems to me that once logged in, she can modify data (demographics, billing, etc..) to ?correct? it. I don?t want the office to be responsible for any mistakes, as I?m paying PGM for their work.
I?m waiting for the day that the PM module is released, so we can hopefully import ERAs.
