I just recently discovered the Amazing Charts Knowledge Extender.
http://www.amazingcharts.com/know/While browsing there, I clicked on "The Medical Letter", and there was a message at the top of the screen that instructed me to log into
www.amazingcharts.net/ac to get my username and password.
What is this all about? Do we get some kind of complementary subscription? Is there a username and password available for us to logon to "The Medical Letter"? If so, I could not find it.
