The doctor just got an AC message about RenewelManager failure to connect. I'm hoping it was just an intermittent internet connectivity problem. Sorry I do not have exact error message yet, but anyone seen this before, errors with RenewelManager?

Thanks for posting this. I was wondering if others were having this problem this morning.

I am getting these automatically sent error messages in my inbox this morning:

The renewal counter is not updating at the moment. You can continue to process your renewals by opening the renewals screen.

If you get this message again, please contact technical support at (866) 382-5932.

And this one...

Failed prescription transmission alerts are not working at the moment.
You can view prescription status by selecting the 'Prescription Status...' option on the E-Prescribing menu on the main page.

If you get this message again, please contact technical support at (866) 382-5932.

The prescription renewal component is not working, with an error message saying HTTP error 503: service unavailable at this time.

Also, med interaction check is not working.

Thoughts anyone?

We got the renewal counter message, too; but not the failed transmission alert.

We are NOT set up to receive prescription renewals.

Tech support is aware of this issue, though didn't elaborate as to the cause or estimated timing of the fix.
