We are having trouble getting our PQRI reports done. We were told we needed to upgrade to the next beta and that would solve our problem. So we scheduled an hour out of clinic to get this done. Now when we started using AC, to do an upgrade, we simply downloaded the new software onto a USB and put it in to each computer and ran the upgrade, but evidently now that is not an option. So we had to have someone from AC try to do the upgrade remotely on each computer (which seems ridiculous to me) and this was unable to be accomplished, supposedly because our computers (which were all purchased within the last two years) need more RAM.

I thought AC was supposed to be a low-cost, simple system that allowed maximal user flexibility. This is ridiculous.

So what happened when you tried to do with the USB drive - that is how most all people do it or they download onto a shared drive on the network and copy to each computer. How much RAM is in your computers as it takes little - I use machines with 1 gb ram all the time without issue.
