one of my PAs experienced bug whereby social history was somehow duplicated multiple times, this happened to the extent that there was no more space for the rest of the note and it did not save, simply truncated. I am not sure of the exact length that a progress note can be, but we have exceeded it! Big, big problem, not sure what to do, we have just reported it to Amazing Charts through the bug system.

Never seen this before, you should ping tech support.

If it is stuck keyboard, why is it only happening in social history. I can live with the extra-Redundant data, but the note was truncated, There is a limit to the number of characters apparently in the note.

I wasn't sure it it was just on one note or a recurring problem when I suggested the keyboard. Please post what you find out.

I also have the same problem - had a 4 page note with multiple duplications of the social hx. I just worked with tech support - it is a bug with time stamps and how many times the chart is forwarded. The number of forwards (desk to nurse to doctor) seems to determine how many repetitions there are. For now the solution is to turn off the time stamp. Nate R.
