Anyone having problems with their preferences remaining stable. I find that I have to redo "My Preferences" frequently. This obviously is a problem during normal use of AC in that my letters or notes may have several typos not caught by the spell check (this is only one example).

DV,
Preferences not remaining stable has always been as issue with AC especially with the letter writer.

While you state that, I actually have not seen it since V5.

I have never seen preferences stay, but you have no further to look than the prescription writer to find extremely important preferences to stay checked, e.g. License number and DEA number.
